Jewellery Repair Pricelist
Brief
Design a pricing resource that communicated Partridge Jewellers’ repair services and costs. The booklet needed to function both as an internal reference for retail staff and as a customer-facing tool to support in-store conversations.
Outcome
I created a printed booklet aligned with the Partridge brand, with a strong focus on typography, clear hierarchy, and clarity of information. The booklet was designed to be quick and intuitive for retail staff to use, while also being clear and customer-friendly. Multiple copies were printed for each store, and a digital version was uploaded to the internal staff portal so it was easily accessible across all locations.
Store Directory Cards
Brief
With the opening of multiple Partridge boutiques on Auckland’s Queen Street, the brief was to create a clear in-store guide to help customers navigate between boutiques.
Outcome
I designed double-sided A5 Auckland store directory cards. One side detailed each boutique’s location, contact information, and brands they held, the other featured a map highlighting surrounding streets and landmarks. Cards were placed at store entrances for staff to easily guide customers.
